I went to watch dark knight and before it showed it had a trailer of this movie that had these alien people that looked like blue silver surfers. What's it called?
Watchmen.
Incidentally the "blue Silver Surfers" are one person: Dr. Manhattan. He is not an alien, he is more like the Hulk- a scientist given superpowers and an odd skin color during an experiment gone wrong. One of his powers is to create copies of himself, hence why it seems like there are 3 of him.
